The Unmasked Man is a global movement of brothers actively discovering what it is to be a man and how to connect from an open undefended heart. They believe the world is waking up to the need for a more harmonious state of masculinity; one that is stronger by being authentic, vulnerable and open to emotion.
What are we doing about it…
We create courageous spaces for men to be real. These are opportunities for men to open up and express their full emotions - every aspect of them, and you, is welcome.
We facilitate men's retreats, workshops, men's circles and bespoke leadership coaching focusing on men's mental well-being and personal transformation. In these containers of brotherhood one can experience harmonious interactions with other men, connecting beyond the conditioned masks - facing one’s fears head on, letting go of what no longer serves and courageously exploring and practising what it means to be a wholesome, evolved modern-day man.

We believe through educating men in the four great masculine archetypes - King, Warrior, Lover, Magician - including their opposing shadows, one can begin to pave the path to integrating the energy of the King within.
We believe that through the connection with, and re-parenting of our inner child, including any possible wounds that may present from our past, we can heal, grow and transform into the ultimate versions of ourselves.
Incorporating and working with the medicines of open sharing, breath, cold-water therapy and meditation we can begin to learn, practice and fully embody the components, qualities and values of an Unmasked Man.
Most importantly we believe that with the heart-centred support from his brothers - built on the foundations of integrity, open communication and trust - a man can embody his sovereignty and truly transcend to his full potential.
